We tailor our solutions to your unique needs and interest. Tackling a social challenge – as an investor or an entrepreneur – is often complex and requires a multi-pronged approach.
We advise investors, corporates, non-profit organisations, and family offices in developing your impact investing strategies.
We have an in-depth experience interfacing at senior levels, while at the same time supporting and up-skilling junior members of your organisation.
If you are a first time impact investor, we can also help you implement your strategy by training the team and co-creating the necessary infrastructure for you.
We help you invest in the most innovative and high-impact entrepreneurs. By tapping into our network, we are able to source high impact social enterprises, conduct due diligence, and structure transactions based on your individual needs and interests.
We assist enterprises with their strategy, financials, and business model to get “investor ready.” Accessing funding is a challenge for many entrepreneurs, and we want to make sure that you are best prepared to interact with potential investors and grant funders.

“I worked with Ms. Nakagawa to review and assess an information memorandum of our potential investment target at a pre-DD stage. Her work was thorough and very comprehensive, based on her substantial and practical experience with impact investments. She raised pertinent issues, which she could not have done without managerial experience with an impact investment company. I recommend her strongly for matters related to impact investment.”
“We contracted Sawa to help us with a highly strategic project for Tshikululu. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. She is the exact kind of consultant that we love working with – reliable, delivery-oriented (always on time, regardless of time pressures), thoughtful and value-adding. She is a deeply strategic thinker that helped us work through the project effectively. The end product was exactly what we were looking for, and we hope to continue working with her going forward.”
“Sawa from ThreeArrows Impact Partner was fabulous to work with and came highly recommended. She was punctual, deadline oriented, knowledgeable and consultative through all steps in the process. We have a great foundation from which to build further as we scale.”
“We hired ThreeArrows to help us with fundraising. As an early stage start-up, we really appreciated the deep knowledge and understanding about fundraising and equity investments that Sawa brought to the team. She guided us through the process in a structured and efficient way. She also made savvy and thoughtful recommendations. The overall experience of working with ThreeArrows resulted in tangible real value to our company.”
“We contracted Sawa to help us formalise and improve our investment processes in our fund for social enterprises, Simanye Trust. Sawa was extremely efficient and knowledgeable and it is very clear she has vast impact investing experience. She helped us put together a range of policy and mandate documents and helped us tailor these in ways that made sense for us. Given that what we do a is a little different, we also found Sawa to be adaptable and flexible. She is a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend her services!”
